Who We Are:
What We Do:
Read to Lead Academy
The Read to Lead Academy is an after-school and summer program that provides youth (k - 8th grade) with a safe place to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
The academy also incorporates Social - Emotional Learning techniques to help students express and manage emotions, resolve conflict, and establish healthy relationships.
Community Connection Initiatives
The mission of Community Connection Initiatives is to inspire and advocate for adults in our community through education, leadership, and spiritual development.
We accomplish this through our community garden and market and programs like Faith & Finances.
Partnership Food Pantry
Our pantry is co-sponsored by the Partnership for Families, Children, and Adults Building Stable Lives program. Before opening the food pantry in October 2017, parts of our community were considered a food desert.
Now our pantry serves the 37410 zip code area including Alton Park, Emma Wheeler Homes, Piney Woods, and Oak Hills.
Stay in the loop with our upcoming events, success stories, blogs, and more!
